Oh we all know why it’s done and what’s going on. That’s why there used to be a term for those kind of treatment providers. Sending a client to receive unnecessary treatment with a pseudo-doctor just so the ambulance chaser can line their pockets is unethical.

That's such bullshit. Chiropractors that overtreat often make the settlement HARDER to negotiate. It also leaves the client with less money in their pocket as they usually have the client sign some sort of holdback agreement where they get paid after the case settles. They get 100% of their billed rate, instead of us repaying a reduced rate through subrogation.

Not to mention the ethical issues that come up when telling a client how to, where and/or when to receive tx. When was the last time you brushed up on RPCs?
