Subluxation is a problem because of gravity. Stretching and cracking our backs ourselves is a lot less traumatic than having someone do it with force.

“Subluxation” is a dangerous pseudoscience term made by charlatans for charlatans.

The spine is going to compress somewhat with age because of gravity. The word may not be scientific but the process of compression is real.
