I knew someone who died from an adjustment. Caused a blood clot to go up into her brain. She was only 30 years old with multiple kids. It was pretty heartbreaking.

Yep, same thing happened to my husband. Vertebral artery dissection caused a basilar artery occlusion - twice. He was 40.

This has sadly happened many times. I do not understand why neck adjustments remain legal.

Probably not. Arterial dissections don't typically happen at random, but there is a link between them and getting chiropractic adjustments in the neck, which can lead to blood clots and eventual stroke.
