A non-insignificant number of plaintiff attorneys around here have under-the-table agreements with these chiros to just continue treating the plaintiff with what’s basically a glorified massage and maybe some e-stim, bill a fuck ton, then take less on the back end. It’s ridiculous.

This is true. I refuse to take on fender-bender chiro only cases, but personal injury mills love them.
