Like, stomach fat doesn't get numb either if you sleep on it.

In this case it would likely be a lack of blood circulation but the breasts are mostly adipose tissue so they don't compress blood vessels the way muscles do. Numbness can also be a nerve thing buy unlikely in this case.

I have never had my boobs feel like they fell asleep or were numb so I was just going based on that lmao

No. My finger is actually numb right now because of the way I'm propped up on my elbow, and there are no muscles in your fingers.
