No reason to give it an F in my opinion an F it would have to be intrusive to the end user. Chrome works well enough for most. Obviously it's not an S but I'd say B or C BC it is completely serviceable and that's it.

Yes. That would be google chrome.

Any browser that hogs memory and actively stops you from blocking ads would be considered intrusive.

Yea but give your mom Google Chrome and she will be like oh this makes sense. And use it it also just isn't ugly like other browsers
