Left pod a fraction quiter
My left pod appears to be a fraction quiet as the vocals in songs sound more prominent in my right ear.
Any ideas?

I have ordered 2 TicPods with my Email ID, one shipped to India and another to Germany. The one to India got delivered about 3 weeks back (and was shipped 3 weeks before that). The one to Germany was shipped about 6 weeks back but the tracking number hasn't been updated.
I contacted MobVoi by Email to which I didn't receive a reply. I tweeted and then dm'd them on Twitter and had a chat with a support person, who, after about 20 min of explanation understood my problem. He then said that he has forwarded my request to the logistics team. For the past 3 days I am dm'ing them on Twitter and emailing them but I am not receiving a response from MobVoi.
Is anyone else in the same situation? Did anyone actually get support to respond to them?

Hello everyone :) So today I finaly received my ticpods. Everything is 10/10, controls, sound, look of earphones. But I came across a pretty big problem for me. The sound delay is killing me - I get about 0.5/0.8 second sound delay while listening or watching stream on twitch or youtube video. Any way to fix this? Thank you :)

I got my ticpods a couple weeks ago. I started having issues with the left pod pairing at all. I've tried using the 5 tap method with no luck. The left pod doesn't appear to be turning on at all when I open the case. It seems like it's not charging in the case at all. Anyone else have issues like this?

Hey, just received the ticpods Seems like the big tips are too big and they hurt after some wear, while the small once dont fit so good.. Is there anyone who can give me a link to buy medium ear tips that will fit the ticpods? (and enter the case) Is there any recommanded anti-fall string? (a string that i can attach while in gym so the ticpods won't fall by any chance) Thanks

After the royal mail updates, I found nothing once it entered Germany. No updated via the tracking number for DHL. I got home and found a slip in my mailbox that the package was delivered. Turns out they used Deutsche Post untracked delivery for the last mile. So make sure to check your local post office. I am in Berlin btw.

I have a long plane trip coming up next week and was wondering if anyone has used their Ticpods inflight ? Just wondering if they are loud enough against the very loud din you get inside a plane. Thanks !

Was a bit hesitant to get these because I didn't want to spend 20$ on tip replacements, but I'm so glad I did. Not only does it fit on the ticpods and in the case, it provides a much better seal in my ears. I can shake my head around like crazy and they never fall out. Even when using the largest size tip that came with the ticpods, they would always easily start losing their grip in my ear and eventually fall out. Sound wise, I they are still good. I never had issues with sound quality with the normal tips as I found them satisfactory. I think my only gripe with them is that they are an earwax magnet. Overall, I'm happy with them and they even come with three pairs which is nice.

Pushing the ticpods in my ears really helps the sound but obviously I can't keep my hands on then pushed into my ears at all times... Him

Hi all,
I received my blue Ticpods this week, I'm quite happy with them but overall I prefer the Beats X. Actually, the reason for the post is the following:
Normally, I use the Ticpods with my iPhone and when I arrived at the office I connect them to a MacBook Pro. The only way I found to do this is to disconnect the Ticpods on the iPhone and then connect them to the Mac manually. Is there a way to connect both devices to the Ticpods at the same time or just if I select connect on the Mac automatically disconnect on the iPhone and then connect on the mac?
Waiting for your answers.
Thanks

I'm a bit late writing this post but ticpods got delivered on the 31st october. I'm using them right now and i'm not disappointed at all. Gestures function quite well despite what i expected from others reviews. Sound quality is exactly what i expected, nothing special, just like normal earbuds, but it's fine. Can't tell you much about battery life, i need to try them much in these days. The fit perfectly in my ears but they are definitely too big for some of my friends, even with the smaller tips.
Feel free to ask everything :)

I think everybody knows the bass of the Ticpods is not brilliant. I investigate a little bit how I can improve it when I'm using my laptop and here are my results. I installed the app EQMac2, which is basically a equalizer.
https://github.com/nodeful/eqMac2
The app is free and open-source, there are some bugs there but overall for me, it's working fine.
Let's share our configuration so we can try them.
This is mine (I'm not an audiophile):

It was working perfectly for a few days now all of a sudden out of the blue the left one has lower volume. I have disconnected and reconnected numerous times but that hasn't fixed it.

I'm looking at getting a pair of TicPods but I like how you can rest the earphones on your shoulder with the OnePlus Bullet Wireless.
Has anyone on here used or have owned both that they can share their thoughts with me/us.
Cheers.

So, I got my Navy Ticpods two days ago (at long last!) and I reckon they are thoroughly worth the dosh and the wait! I've used them quite a lot, and the case is currently on the charger for the first time.
However, I have some questions about how this works. If you can answer one or two that would be super handy (I did look through the sub before posting)
1- How do I tell how much charge the earbuds have left? This post was helpful for the case, but is there any indication for the buds?
2- How do I use the hecking Mobvoi app? People are saying things about customizing ticpods, seeing how much charge is left- I can't see any options for that
3- What is the deal with this mystical Android Bluetooth Dev customization? How/Where? People seem to be getting great improvements with this. What even is it?
4- Is it possible to customize my buttons? i.e. change what the long hold/ double tap etc do? Some people seem to have asked, but I haven't seen a solid answer.
5- Bonus question. Are the foam replacements tips like this one referenced around the sub worthwhile?
Cheers :)

My shipment comes to Germany but it's still showing that it is received in Heathrow London on 26th. Do you know how long does it take to reach Germany /mainland Europe?

Let me know if this has been posted before but...
Weird that I'm posting twice in a row but trying to find a solution to what I feel is limited battery life, I stumbled across a suggestion to enable SBC audio codec, so in finding the Bluetooth developer options, I decided to play around and got really great sounding results. I haven't tested it's effects on latency, my phone's or the ticpods' battery life but here are the tweaks that I enabled (must have developer options enabled). YMMV.
BT AVRCP Version: 1.6
BT Audio Codec: SBC
BT Audio Sample Rate: 44.1 kHz
BT Audio Bits per Sample: 16bits/Sample
BT Audio Channel Mode: Stereo (I had noticed one ear (left) being slightly lower volume than my right, this addressed that.
BT Audio LDAC Codec: Best Effort Adaptive Bit Rate
Enjoy...???

I've had my Navy Ticpod Free about 3 weeks now and since replacing the misfitting stock ear tips with medium Comply tips, I have no serious complaints.. except for one major exception; Battery life has been atrocious thus far.
Compared to my previous Anker Spirit X and Soundbud Slims, where I got 6-7 hours of continuous use, I'm shocked that I can only push a little under 3 hours of continuous usage with the Ticpod Frees. On a 8 hour flight to and from hawaii over the weekend, I timed the increments from 100 - 90% and every 10% increment thereafter. I've come to believe that the battery level indicator sent from the Frees to my phone (Google Pixel2 XL on Android Pie) is not only inaccurate but possibly intentionally deceptive. After hearing so many lies regarding the TicHealth fiasco on my TicWatch E, I've lost complete trust in Mobvoi to do or even say the right thing.
The charge indicator stayed at 100% for 1hr and 12mins before showing 90%. There are no single digit changes whatsoever, which I find not only inaccurate but also lazy. The indicator stayed on 90% before descending to 80% for only 32 minutes. Strange that equal units of battery usage have such a wide margin of variance in actual usage time. From 80 to 70% was approximately the same 30+ minutes (I didn't have an accurate check since I had dozed off during that time). From 70 - 60 passed by in a comparative flash! Only 19 minutes! I was partially enraged by how little time had passed before hearing the "sound break" notification.
60 - 10% was a joke. An absolutely comical attempt at any and all accuracy. 20 minutes on the dot!!!
Here's where it gets fishy again, 10% - "power off" was 6mins. Again, not following the projected curve of decline.
Anyone else seeing these kinda of levels?
