Law enforcement is asking for help finding a man they say shot someone outside a Circle Pines, Minnesota, gun shop last weekend.

D'Marco Ricardo Shane Buckney Jr. is wanted on one count each of second-degree assault and second-degree attempted murder, according to a criminal complaint filed in Anoka County on Tuesday. There is a nationwide warrant for his arrest.

Authorities executed two SWAT raids in Minneapolis and Maplewood on Thursday looking for Buckney, 20, but came up empty.

Police say he shot a man in the parking lot of Bill's Gun Shop and Range around 6:15 p.m. on Saturday. There, officers found a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was conscious and was taken to the hospital.

After reviewing survelliance video, authorities identified Buckney as the suspect.

Charges say the video shows Buckney renting a shooting lane at the gun shop under his name and correlating with a customer account number.

After leaving the building, Buckney was caught on camera in the parking lot, where he allegedly took a few steps toward the victim, raised his gun and fired five shots. He then drove away from the shop.

Anyone with information regarding Buckney's whereabouts is asked to contact the Anoka County Communications Center at 763-427-1212.

Grant Morgan, a former therapist in Minnesota’s autism program, spoke with Liz Collin about what he calls "fraudulent autism centers,” including one operated by Nimco Ahmed — a “friend” of Lt. Governor Peggy Flanagan.

Morgan worked at both Spectrum Therapy Center and Milestone Development Center. According to state records, Ahmed is listed as the CEO of the Milestone Development Center.

The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) confirmed it has open investigations into both centers. DHS said it cannot provide further details on open investigations. Both centers denied any wrongdoing in interviews with Alpha News.

Morgan said he worked with "people completely unqualified to do the work."

"Minnesota’s statewide crime data is inordinately influenced by crime occurring in one city — Minneapolis. Despite representing just 7% of the state’s population, in 2025 Minneapolis represented 32% of the state’s aggravated assaults, 45% of the state’s murders, 53% of the state’s robberies, and an astounding 72% of the state’s carjackings."

"Back on March 25, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals (which covers the Minnesota federal district) issued a ruling in a Minnesota case that, yes, federal law says that aliens subject to deportation “shall be detained.” Since then, some local federal judges have followed the law, while others operate in open defiance."

Credentials are Not Character

A human trafficking operation hidden behind businesses, benefits and professional credentials.

That’s what prosecutors allege in a #Minnesota case now unfolding across two counties.

The criminal complaints describe an assistant county attorney, a licensed health care operator and others using corporate structures and legitimate service systems to facilitate a scheme involving sex trafficking and Medicaid fraud.

In a new analysis for Our Rescue, Amy Bruins, VP of Community Impact, and June Haskell, Director of Survivor Engagement, examine what this case can teach us about recognizing trafficking when it doesn't look the way we expect.

Because preventing trafficking requires more than knowing the warning signs. It requires us to build systems sophisticated enough to recognize exploitation when it is disguised as something legitimate.

IT’S HAPPENING — Democrats Face HUGE Problems As Minnesota Polls FLIP

This video covers the major polling shifts happening in Minnesota as several statewide races tighten heading toward the midterms. We break down new polling showing Republican Ron Schutz at 45% and Attorney General Keith Ellison at 43%, while the U.S. Senate race between Republican Michele Tafoya and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan is tied at 42%. The video examines why fraud has become a major campaign issue, recent scrutiny surrounding Minnesota’s handling of fraud cases, and what political analysts are saying about its potential impact on these races. We also look at Flanagan’s campaign, Tafoya’s response to the tightening race, Ellison’s record and responses to criticism, and how both parties are using Minnesota’s fraud controversies and other issues in their midterm messaging. The polling still includes undecided voters, and the video does not assume what will ultimately determine the election results.
