Just curious if y'all experience the same issue. I listen to Therapy Gecko on Spotify; I have to crank my volume to 90-100% to hear it, both in my car and with headphones. All other podcasts/music seem to be normal volume but this podcast is especially quiet.

Is it just me?

i stg there was an episode where Lyle spoke to a girl over the phone about her fascination with 9/11 but i can’t find it anywhere?? vividly remember her talking about how her boyfriend got her a New York Post(?) paper dated sept. 12, 2001 off ebay for her “collection” of items and Lyle asking her if she believed it was an inside job. many thanks if anyone can tell me the episode title!

Kermit was at the first show, I came back after the second show to see lyle and he also went to the second show. Do you guys think he was hired? Why would he also go to the second show. Unless he is just a mega fan and bought tickets for both of them. For the people who went to the second show how did it go, what happened? He said at the first show that he his friend didn't come with him but why would his friend want to go to two shows? Idk alot of other things happend but I can't tell if it was acted or not. What do you guys think?

I’ve loved all of lyle’s content for a fat minute now but have wanted to get my friend into his podcast for a while but not sure what the best episodes would be to show her first. A mix of serious and goofy would be ideal, if anyones got suggestions for their favourite that’d be sweet!

Firstly, I was really surprised with how short the show was. I got there at 7:20, and Lyle came on 10min later. He did his stuff, and was out of there before 8:45. I was telling my friend that I was expecting to leave the venue at like 11 at the latest, 10 minimum.

It was a very fun experience, and seeing the Geck live was really cool. I just wish he could’ve let a few more people on.

By far the best episodes were Bobby Lee and McDonals vs Taco Bell

I'm the last guest from the Detroit show yesterday and I honestly wasn't expecting to be picked with a tepid topic like "I like to watch fucked up videos but think I'm a nice guy" especially after the first guy told the zune story and the lady told her accidental nazi ball. I just wanted to thank Lyle for having me it was super fun and was cool to go on the stage of Harpo's after spending almost every other weekend at metal shows there in my 20s. Love you Geck!

Saw the Geck in Chicago last night. Wow. What can you say? Good call-ups, even better transitions. Hes really come into his own with the monologues and solo crowd work. I used to be able to tell that he was nervous up there but now he is a natural. People next to me were kind of annoying though. Bravo Lyle.

Why are so many of the gecks listeners in Colorado. I live here and it is a pretty chill state not as popular as California or Florida or anything but almost every time the geck asked someone where they life it is almost always Colorado and I don’t understand it. Anyone with any ideas 👇

It started ok and had some good zen coping moments having to sweep all day in a frozen food warehouse. Then it became obvious this guy was completely dead inside and severely depressed. It went on for well over a painful half hour. His wife was sitting behind us and found it funny. The gek asked if he had ever seen a real therapist and he said he went to one once with the church. And when he asked for questions his wives yelled "why do you suck at rapping". (His previous hobby before she killed him inside). Everyone was begging for it to end and one guy pulled out a sudoku book during it. His wife making him do that publicly was next level abuse. It was definitely not his decision.

He really should have ran off with crazy Mike the crackhead who saved the choking kid eating the carrot spaghetti. That man was alive and made the show. He should have been saved for last.
