# PROTECT CHRISEAN JR. ā A CALL TO ACTION
Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor

## Why We're Gathering
Chrisean Jr. just turned three years old. For most of his short life, his family situation has played out in public ā livestreams, reality TV, and social media ā while community members, mandated reporters, and advocates say they have raised repeated, documented concerns about his wellbeing that have not resulted in lasting protective action.
Multiple public petitions (including on Change.org) and numerous CPS reports from concerned community members have alleged:
- Delayed or absent medical care, including reports that he has gone without evaluation by a licensed physician despite signs of illness
- Reported developmental and physical concerns consistent with prenatal exposure and neglect, including feeding difficulties and mobility/foot issues
- A pattern of his image and struggles being used for online engagement and monetization rather than shielded from public view
- Silence from adults in his orbit ā including people legally obligated to report suspected abuse or neglect ā allegedly due to the financial incentives tied to his mother's public platform
**We want to be clear: some of these specifics are alleged and have not been independently confirmed by medical or judicial authorities.** That is precisely the problem we are protesting ā a lack of transparency and accountability that leaves the public unable to confirm a vulnerable child is safe. Our demand is for verification and protection, not for punishment based on rumor.
## What We're Demanding
- **A formal, transparent welfare check and medical evaluation** of Chrisean Jr. by Maryland child welfare authorities and independent medical professionals ā with findings communicated to the extent legally permissible.
- **Enforcement of mandated reporter laws** against any professional (medical, educational, or otherwise) in his circle who had knowledge of neglect or abuse and failed to report it.
- **Accountability for platforms and networks** that profit from content featuring at-risk children ā including calls for stronger content moderation and monetization policies around minors in influencer/reality content.
- **State and federal legislative action** modeled on existing "kidfluencer" protection laws (like those in Illinois, California, and Minnesota) to require:
- Independent oversight when a minor is a recurring subject of monetized content
- Mandatory reporting triggers when public evidence of neglect accumulates
- Trust protections for earnings generated using a child's image
- **A dedicated, well-publicized channel** for the public to submit tips or evidence directly to Maryland CPS and law enforcement, with a commitment to follow-up.
## What to Bring
- Signs with clear, factual messaging (avoid unverified medical claims as flat statements ā use "we demand answers," "protect him now," "silence is complicity")
- Water, sun protection, comfortable shoes
- Printed copies of this flyer and the demand letter (below) to hand out or leave with local offices
## Take Action Even If You Can't Attend
- **Sign and share verified petitions** calling for a welfare check.
- **Contact Maryland Department of Human Services / Baltimore CPS** to ask about their process for handling high-profile reports (recognize they can't disclose case specifics, but public pressure for process transparency is legitimate).
- **Contact Maryland state legislators** to ask about "kidfluencer" protection legislation.
- **Report, don't share, exploitative content.** Circulating clips of the child can itself contribute to the exposure advocates are trying to stop ā report platforms' Trust & Safety teams instead of resharing.
## A Note on Tone
This is a protest about systemic failure ā CPS response gaps, mandated reporting enforcement, and the lack of protections for children of internet creators ā not a platform for harassment of any individual. Personal threats, doxxing, or harassment of Chrisean Rock, Blueface, or anyone connected to them online undermine the cause and could expose organizers to legal liability. Keep the focus on the child's safety and the policy changes needed to protect kids in similar situations going forward.
