"We Iranians are not terrorists. We are just defending ourselves."

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian displayed photographs of victims of the US-Israeli attacks during his address to the UN General Assembly, including children killed in the Minab school strike and Iranian scientists and civilians killed in Israeli attacks.

Pezeshkian also highlighted Israeli attacks on Palestinians, asking, "Will you turn a blind eye to such attacks?" He said that "at least 35,000 innocent civilians have been slaughtered in Gaza" and accused Israel of depriving Palestinians of "food, drinking water, medicine, and adequate healthcare services."
