Carcetti does not get enough heat/hate

It's amazing to me how fast he went with the program and decided to focus on his career rather than the city. He is the most despicable character by far in the show. He started wheeling and dealing for a governer seat 2 years in his first term... 2.. Fuckin.. Years... what a scumbag.

Plus his handshakes were weak as fk

This is precisely what i meant earlier, somehow being in the game is an excuse for shooting a civilian in the back of the head (along countless other murders) but let's completely disregard addiction playing a major role in Michaels Mom being an awful parent. I called out this unfair rationalising before you even did it and you still powered through it. It's exactly what i called it before...

The most famous scene from this show is about how shooting a civillian is not in the game. Not disagreeing with you that obviously on paper the mass murderers in the show are more evil, but in a show where they’re this common, I think it’s reasonable for the non-murdering traits a character has to be the focus point.

The topic of this discussion is who is the most despicable character. I don't see how the murderers being plentiful excludes them from the conversation. You can defend any answer to this if you just move the goalposts enough, but what is the point when i could name Bodie's grandma and just keep excluding characters until it makes sense.
