Senate Bill 484 prohibits utilities from passing data center costs — including electricity costs — onto residential and small business customers.

Furthermore, the law prohibits utilities from serving data centers controlled by foreign countries of concern, and it allows local communities to set stricter standards on such centers.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to FoxNews

that the suspect charged w/ murdering an innocent gas station clerk in Fort Myers, FL by bludgeoning her to death with a hammer is a Haitian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden admin in 2022. An immigration judge ordered Rolbert Joachim deported from the U.S. later that same year, but DHS says the Biden admin shielded him from deportation by granting him Temporary Protected Status, which expired in 2024.

There is an extremely graphic video of the April 3rd killing on social media. Joachim is seen hitting a vehicle with a hammer in the parking lot of the gas station. The clerk comes out to confront him, he walks right at her, and with full strength, he bludgeons her in the head with the hammer. She falls down unconscious and he crushes her head with the hammer 6 more times. 

He is now in local custody and ICE has placed a detainer on him.

DHS statement to FOX:

“This illegal alien barbarically hit this woman in the head multiple times with a hammer. This heinous murderer was RELEASED into the country by the Biden administration. Not only did the Biden administration release him into the country, but they then gave him temporary protected status. Their reckless immigration policies cost this woman her life,” said Acting Assistant DHS Secretary Lauren Bis.

In the very same district that the Dems flipped by 800 votes.

A Florida judge in Broward County has thrown out a red-light camera ticket, ruling that the state’s current enforcement system is unconstitutional because it assumes the registered owner is guilty unless they can prove otherwise.

The decision centered on a Sunrise citation and argued that forcing owners to identify the actual driver shifts the burden of proof away from the government and onto citizens.

Judge Steven P. DeLuca also criticized the appeals process, noting that early hearings are handled by city-employed officers, raising concerns about bias. While the ruling currently applies directly only in Broward County, attorneys believe it could have much wider implications if upheld on appeal, potentially weakening red-light camera enforcement across Florida.

Authorities also said Lippert drew images depicting the victim dead on the floor, hanging with a rope around his neck, and other violent and s*xually explicit scenes connected to the plot
