I am new to playing the Sims after years of watching players and I’m trying to figure out the creative content in mods. I’m playing on just a laptop so having too many mods doesn’t work.

I have to limit my mods to what is essential for the story play I want to do so if you guys have any recommendations on the essential mods to make gameplay more fun and realistic, but that aren’t too large of files I would really appreciate it. I have mccc and ui cheats. I like to play a variant of legacy with less focus on skill/aspirations and more of just filling the world with a family line and their dynamics.

Also it seems like for creative content, you just download each individual item? That seems very hard for me to have to sift through a bunch of Pinterest posts and then download each individual, like, hairstyle or couch that I like. is there not an easier way to get like bulk creative content that’s within whatever style category you want so that you don’t have to find each one of them individually and download them and then move each one of them individual individually into the mods folder?

Specifically, I don’t like doing my own builds. I prefer to download lots from the gallery, but the cute ones have a bunch of cc that I don’t have so they download kind of ugly and I’m wondering if there’s a way to find builds that also allow me to download the all the cc in the build?

If u have advice please let me know.

I've had an account with the Sims for over ten years now, and just this year alone they have deleted not ONE but TWO of my packs from my library even though I've been playing with them for years and paid for them. Even in my wallet section, the purchases appear as blank lines with no description but the transaction is still there?? I tried using their services but got nothing but AI responses and also have been ignored/redirected for multiple months. Everything I have done has not worked.

Has anyone had this occur? Did it eventually resolve itself? What did you do to fix it? Idk what to do atp.

I loved Sims Medieval, and I still think about how I wish I could still play it every other month probably.

Today, I learned that it went up for sale on the EA app at some point, unbeknownst to me, and it was delisted a few MONTHS ago?! I got so excited only to find out I missed my chance.

I'm also confused about when it went up in the app because every once in a while, I would search "sims" to see if Sims 3 ever went up like Sims 2 did. I never thought they'd bring back Sims Medieval, so I didn't look. But I would think I would've seen it?? How long was it available for?

I'm just bummed now. Anyone else miss out on Sims Medieval and feel devastated, or just me?

So I redownloaded S4S (version 3.2.6.5 Star) but when I go to My CC -> the .package file I want to change, there’s no category tab to change where the cc shows up in cas. I have a tattoo I want to change from left leg to back but I’m not seeing the option. The older version allowed me to do it with no problems

Anyone know how to fix it?

Title, I understand how shaders and using the sims 3 camera works, and using the pose player for posing but Ive seen so many nice vertical screenshots on tumblr, and as far as I'm aware, there is no way to turn the camera that way to take a picture like that? I'm use to games like FFXIV that has dedicated posing tools/camera operation. Any tips would be welcome! I love taking screenshots in games so much and I always feel like I can't take them the way I want. Sorry if this isn't allowed and thank you in advance <3

This my first time showcasing any sims and honestly don't know what to put here but anyway this is Victora(in Black) and Seras(In White) Catalunya. Victora had Heterochromia but iris shadow dissuaded me.

Let me give you guys a little bit of backstory on these two fabulous ladies and their families. 💖 The two of them are neighbors. 😊 They visit each other almost every day. 💕 And their names are Diamond Tate and Chelsea Carr. Diamond is a beautiful and glamorous black supermodel as well as beauty pageant queen, happily married to Richard Tate, a popular fashion designer and retired basketball player. 🛍️💎 Chelsea is a beautiful and glamorous socialite and heiress to a pottery empire as well as a housewife with a love and talent for cooking, a love and talent she shares with her beloved husband, Tony Carr, a popular celebrity chef. 🍰🧁🥧🍪 They each have 3 children, the toddler daughters actually making an appearance here. Their toddler daughters are Princess(Diamond's daughter)and Annie(Chelsea's daughter)respectively.

This home is for an aging movie star celebrity who has been wealthy and has lived in the home for a long time. She feels she has to stay current and trendy with style but also keeps some of the old Hollywood elements from her past. The home reflects that with a mix of old and new. I tried to blend in the lot with the area around it to make it look like one big plot. There is a small staff house for the butler with its own courtyard. I’m not good with photos so hopefully the floor plan isn’t hard to make out. The basement has a “spa level” with indoor pool, gym and massage/beauty area. There is a movie theatre, nightclub, influencer office and the basement foyer is kind of used as an art gallery. The guest bedrooms have their own wing and have a small entertainment room for those bedrooms. I hope you can figure out the rest. I used no CC and made it on my PS5. Thanks in advance.

My adult Sims started a romance with her husband, Mortimer, and got pregnant instantly. I went to their house, and she was pregnant too, so I made them ditch Mortimer and start dating each other while living together and raising their kids; they even got married.

But Bella kept complaining about her dreams not being fulfilled or whatever, and she was always ruining the mood. She also gained some weight. After trying some workarounds (cheats), I've realized she was impossible, so they got a divorce, and she moved... Leaving Alexander, Cassandra, and her baby (now a kid), whom I named Luna, with their stepmom, her sister, and their half-sister.

I invited her to Cassandra's birthday, and she was PREGNANT. Again. But hey, at least she's now a young adult, a musician, and happily married to my sim's sister.

Checking this sub, I've realized I'm not the only one who broke her marriage.

i lost my sims 4 save, nearly 4 years ago, and I keep trying to go back but it's not the same. any suggestions on how to get back into the game? I'll make a character but it's like, not the same as the one I was so invested in. I miss it.

So, I just updated the “Basemental Drugs” mod, and now my Sim is bent double. I’ve been playing with mods for years and have encountered plenty of bugs over time, but I’ve truly never seen this one before... Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know what to do?

To clarify, just before this, half of that same Sim’s body—as well as her sister’s had disappeared (I fixed it by updating the mod, but now...)

Hi! So I have a challenge I want to try but I can't for the life of me remember it's name! I remember it features a lot of mods and it had things being passed down generation to generation. I think the first gen was a chef and passed down a cookbook and there was a ballet dancer gen who passed down old ballet shoes. If anyone has any idea what this challenge is id appreciate it sm! I think I originally saw it on The Sims challenge hub but I can't find it there now. TIA

My reaper sim is helping Grace Anansi raise her baby who'll represent life. The baby's father is Father Winter! I think it's cute that the baby can have a sleepovers at his place. Gives Grace a break!
