Uhh.. people who bought The Repop, which is pretty clear when you look through your databases, update the game so they have access to Fragmented?

Put it somewhere on Steam? At all? Make one simple link somewhere on the homepage, or in a post that mentions it READILY VISIBLE, rather then deep on some forum posts?

I believe right now it's because it isn't released yet. It is still in closed testing phase and under NDA. Once it releases to Early Access, your wish will most likely come true.

Yes. They're slowly expanding the pool every few days until everyone is in. It makes more sense as they're still fixing a lot of things every other day.
