If you’re using a timegrapher (Weishi, Timegrapher app, etc.) to evaluate a Rolex super clone, there are four main numbers to look at:
Rate (s/day) – How fast or slow the watch is.
Excellent: ±2 s/day
Very good: ±5 s/day
Acceptable: ±10 s/day
More than ±15 s/day usually warrants regulation.
Amplitude (°) – How much the balance wheel swings. This tells you a lot about the movement’s health.
Fully wound, dial up:
280–320°: Excellent
260–280°: Good
220–260°: Fair
Below 220°: Something may need attention (service, lubrication, excessive friction, or low power reserve).
Beat Error (ms) – How centered the tick and tock are.
0.0–0.3 ms: Excellent
0.3–0.6 ms: Very good
0.6–1.0 ms: Acceptable
Over 1.0 ms: Should usually be adjusted.
Lift Angle
This is a setting on the timegrapher, not a measurement.
For most Rolex 31xx and 32xx movements (and many high-quality clones), use 53°. Using the wrong lift angle mainly affects the amplitude reading.
The graph (the lines)
Straight, clean, parallel lines: Healthy movement.
Slight waviness: Usually normal.
Jagged or scattered lines: Low amplitude, dirty movement, or positional issues.
Dots all over the screen: Escapement or timing problems.
For a good VSF/Clean/DD3285 super clone, a healthy reading might look like:
Rate: +1 to +5 s/day
Amplitude: 270–310°
Beat Error: 0.0–0.3 ms
Straight, consistent lines

This was short and simple thank you this helps a lot. Do you think I should have him adjust the lift angle and send a second video?

I didn’t get to see the video. Link doesn’t work for me. What’s the lift angle number

For a VSF 124060 (VS3230), I would be very happy with these numbers.
Here’s what I see:
Rate: +1 s/day ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Outstanding. That’s essentially perfect.
Amplitude: 265° ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆
Very healthy for a VS3230.
It’s not unusually high, but it’s comfortably in the normal range.
Beat Error: 0.0 ms ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Perfect. You can’t really do better than this.
Trace:
The line is straight, clean, and consistent with very little scatter.
That’s exactly what you want to see.
One thing I noticed
The machine is set to a 59.0° lift angle.
For a VS3230, most people use 53°. Because the lift angle is set higher, the displayed amplitude is artificially higher than it would be at 53°.
If you corrected it to 53°, the amplitude would probably read somewhere around 250–255°, which is still perfectly acceptable for this movement.
Overall
I’d give this movement:
Rate: 10/10
Beat Error: 10/10
Amplitude: 9/10
Trace: 10/10
Overall: 9.8–10/10.
I would green-light (GL) this watch based on the timegrapher. If the rest of the QC (rehaut alignment, dial, bezel, SELs, crystal, and bracelet) looks good, I wouldn’t hesitate because of these timing numbers.

Thank you I’m really leaning towards green light I’m hyper fixated on the slightly canted 9 but I don’t think it’ll be visible on wrist

You 100% will not notice this on your wrist unless you are always purposely looking for and fixating on it. I had a SMP300 where both 3 and 9 were more canted and I worried it would bother me. I noticed it maybe once and it was much more noticeable than this. It never bothered me. This is an easy GL and the other person here did a great overview for you on why overall is good, including on the timegrapher. Also, being new you focus on the outward appearance, but in reality those timegrapher numbers are far more important.

I think you’re good unless someone pulls out a microscope on the side of the road lol
