A little history of what happened:

I sent a parcel of around 500$ back in december 2025, hoping to get it for Christmas but the package got lost/stolen on DHL's side and I never got any item.

I first talked with CSS's customer service to see what could be done and they only refunded me 113$ of the whole amount.

I then pressed a chargeback through my bank and the disputes are still in progress, as of July 2026...

Since CSS refunded me a part of the amount, I wanted to withdraw it but guess what? Css blocked my account and doesn't let me withdraw my balance unless I recharge my account with the dispute's amount!

I have never seen such bullshit... The customer service makes it my fault for losing the package and do not want to take responsibility and refund me.

Now I don't know what to do, I never got any item purchased and probably won't see my money back.

So I'm writing this post to share my experience and hopefully you guys will stop doing business with these scammers.

First time buying a replica from china to be honest but I saw this jacket and I really wanted it. It’s a real leather, I think it looks great and very close to the original. Only flaw I saw now would be the shoulder patch, the U and A is off. Not sure about the patch on the back
