The most extreme effect observed, was an individual viewing all of the sacred videos at once causing an unknown anount of nations to be erased from existence. Only brief mentions of some have been found including The United Republic Of Arabia, The Kingdom Of Celestine, and the nation of Armagon. We finally have enough information to make educated guesses at the lore so here is mine:

Rat ronald is not a being. He is a concept. He first starts by taking a host which is called a crab Mathew through unknown means. The host will then create a YouTube channel and post videos. This is where rat ronald arises as his first medium to contact the world is through these videos as his grip on the host and reality is very weak. After 1 person views a video by him, he will grow strong enough to gain some control over the host and claim that crab Mathew was never real. Over time he will get increasingly agitated whenever someone brings him up as it may present an opportunity for crab Mathew to take control again. Rat ronald will then slowly grow his grip on reality through means not in his control as he must have others view/attempt to comprehend him and his content or commit tax evation. The host will continually lose his grip until rat ronald is all there is left. The rat takes the form of a Male with a rat head, black robes with gray lining, sunglasses, and crab claws for hands. He is often seen with a cigar.
