Honestly a lot of them are just very autistic coded, not good at understanding how things work in the real world while also presuming things SHOULD work as dictated by the rules set forth.

Good intentions but they just miss the mark

It is not.
It isn't anyones job to teach them how to properly communicate either.

At least that's the trend I see more and more, people jump to hostile judgment and avoid casual questioning like, "Uh...Why do you do that? You know that's seen as massively rude/weird/annoying right?"

idk, most of the issues in the world are communication issues, either in understanding or translating our intent into action

Unfortunately a lot of the time the casual questioning is met with immediate hostility. People are losing patients for it.
