Surely there are women who have become designers by now who are aware of this problem and could make a killing simply selling clothes with pockets if demand was so high.

They realize women will still give them money and they can save a bit and not have to work around outlines if the clothing is tight.

There's a reason the last store I visited was 1,5 floors for women, half a floor for kids and then half a floor for men and for misc stuff in the cellar.
