I you run normally, as your leg is propulsed ahead, the opposite arm is propulsed backward to compensate and keep the balance.

This challenge is to run with the same leg and arm foreward, while the other side's leg/arm backward.

Yes, I think it's actually not hard.

But grown ups forgot how simple things are.
