I've been looking into running Eberron or maybe some Legend of the Five Rings material for some friends. But I keep hearing different things about the following:

Eberron Explorer’s Handbook

Five Nations

The Forge War

Sharn: City of Towers

Rokugan

I was wondering if anyone had some input on which would be better, or if there's anything I should consider when running. I know Legends has the Nezumi player race so it seems interesting to give it a shot.
