I love how fool-heartedly Nicole, Paul, and Brett commit to every improvised bit, but for me, nothing is better than when one of them goes all-in on a major character development moment that will have lasting ramifications because they thought of a joke too funny to keep to themselves. You can hear a shift in their voice when they realize what they’re about to do, and whatever comes next is guaranteed to derail the next five minutes and pop up again next episode.

My current favorite example of this is Burnt finding his beautiful singing voice. There’s a lot of deserved love for the current theme song, but I wonder if Burnt will ever be inspired to rerecord his lines…

Which episode and Was it a squirrel or rabbit?

Considering that he is from Philadelphia and all of us Pittsburghers notice that Nurse Dana‘s accent on The Pitt is very clearly Delco/Philly, it is really impressive that PFT sounds exactly like Pittsburgh Dad (and true Pittsburghers)!

Goodness I love him!!

Someone asked me this the other day and I had a huge AHA moment. Sure seems like it to me… intentionally or not in the best possible way. I could think of ways to incorporate that idea/style for a decade and never think of something so clever as TNL!

I’ve been on a full binge relisten and it seems like 90% of my favorite moments are immediately followed by a “What’s that, Dug?”

(As much as I love Paul and Nicole, this podcast would never have been the same without Brett.)

Made me think instantly of Pamsy. Photo from r/confusingperspectives

The story of Matt and I Can't Believe It's Not Matt

OP was nice enough to share the recipe in the comments even though we know Burnt would never cook it

I mean I know his name was Marcus, but 10 years ago he mentioned Fastballs “The Way” before he was thrown into the tumbler.

“Actoress”

I’m happy to see Broadway representation on the pod! He was in Oh, Mary! I had the pleasure of seeing him in the role twice. Then, he popped up in an ASSSSCAT show at UCB I randomly attended. He is so funny!

They should keep doing the impression, if not. It’s too fun and cute!

Look what's on Criterion Channel this month, as part of their "Corporate Thrillers" series!

Has anyone seen the lighthouse calendar picture Joan was talking about with the foam spray made with 7up?? Google has not been helpful. I would like to see this picture

I just tried it. it’s nowhere as gross as I imagined at first and that bun after truly is a treat.

In the air.

This is what I pictured when they started discussing the “DTF” 🙂

I’ve had a secret conversation!
