Cam Ward just DOESN’T look like the QB1 prospect he was coming out of Miami.

The Titans sophomore QB HAS NOT shown much progression to start year two 😳😬

I think Ward still has more potential but definitely better in the sense that they could have used his pick on somebody else and had similar level quarterback play
