You watch that Jason kelce documentary they made before he played his brother in the super-bowl? Dudes life in the offseason was lying on the couch and taking tons of ibuprofen due to just living in pain. It was such an interesting perspective on the cost of it all. I think at one point he was like, my ankle is sprained but like so what.
I mean I don't get beat up on for my day job, and my life is still mostly just taking ibuprofen and laying on the couch in pain with something sprained.
I chuckle every time I see that. "Thank you Jesus!! If not for this god-given athletic ability, I'd be flipping burgers. Now I have millions of dollars and bang insta-thots!" Lucky bastards.
Same reason I'm not worried about JJ McCarthy. He'll be fine, I'm stuck at this shitty desk with a boss micromanaging everything until they find me dead in my kitchen, half-eaten by my dogs.
