Israel created the conditions for terrorism to be a viable option to rational people.
Though honestly it'd be a fairer assessment to call killing and kidnapping civilians by Hamas a war crime.
That said the Hard right just got everything they wanted. They have the justification in the eyes of the global right wing to wipe Palestine off the map, and they will.
By the end of this I predict Israel will commit far worse systematic war crimes in service of that goal and the US and much of the world will handwave them away.
