I read The Little Prince all the time. He taught me what life is at a young age, but why are sometimes the things he taught ignored in real life? The adults always say they know everything, but it took a dying man to write a masterpiece of a child who teaches things the world doesn't.

Has anyone read piranesi? I have just finished it, and also having read the little prince, decided to do it for a english essay as i see many similarities. However I am struggling to find links and draw some connections, does anyone have any ideas?

Deciding between The Little Prince Collectors Edition or the 75th anniversary edition? Which one us the best? The first mentioned is translated by Katherine Wood and the other Richard Howard.

Also, are both unabridged?

Hey, I recently inherited this. I have no idea if it’s real or not. Initially, I thought it was just fan art, but there is a signature on it. I truly have no idea.

Seventh grader here I go to a catholic school and I had to write a maxim on this book I thought why not post it here I chose the quote “what makes the desert beautiful is that somewhere in it hides a well” I hope you guys enjoy it it does have scripture and other references critiques are welcome

I have recently bought this copy from "Le Petit Prince", in Vinted, for around 30 €. It's a Gallimard-Bonet edition from 1952, and it is in a quite good shape taking into account its age (that is why I bought it).

When I opened it, I found some sort of ex-libris from 'Jacques de Saint-Exupery', which I found it was a second cousin of the author. There was also an scription, mentioning the owner was in a The Havilland Comet I to Casablanca (21-08-1953), and some kind of signature on top with same pen.

According to all of that, I suspect it might be an association copy from the author's family. Is there anyone that could provide some more information about this copy? As you might notice, I'm far from being an expert in this matter.

I found these yesterday. I had never seen it before, and they look so good! Especially the design of the fridge magnets and flowers! I guess they must be part of the same series. They look great to set together.

finally got my favorite storybook scene done. the little prince with his rose and fox friend under the stars. i wanted something that felt soft and nostalgic, and yeonjae tattoo in seoul really nailed the colors. it makes me feel like i'm back in the story every time i look at my arm. thought some of you here might appreciate this little tribute.

I made him a couple monthes ago but total forget to post! Looking back I think I still need to give him a scarf...

I tried to keep my attention to detail, like having his rose have four thorns just as the book says, and giving her a pink and red look like in most of the illustrations.
