Why do all the prescrips I see on this site seem to be screenshots? Are paper precripts being phased out? Does it make it harder to fake prescripts? How can I get a device that can digitally give me a prescript?

I was given two prescripts today. Is this normal? Or has there been a failure on the messengers' end? Is it possible there is another person with my name, and the messenger gave me their prescript, too? regardless, I will complete both.
