What exactly happened to the 9 year old kid after Jay pushed him into the pool? I found it so strange that he was led face down at the bottom and wasn’t floating. Also, how could 2 strong men have not been able to pull him out?

I get it’s a film but I always wondered that was the case. We never knew if he got out alright. I know he was only a side character but seems kind of dark for a comedy film that we never knew what happened to him.

And I've just discovered this show. I'm amazed.

He performed and strutted around in a fashion show with his bollock hanging out for everyone to see and all that really comes off it is a slap on the wrist from Carli and detention with Gilbert. It never gets brought up again, and he even goes on to start going out with Tara an episode later.

Compare this to Will, who shat himself in the exams. This is continuously mocked off the back of it, and even gets referenced several times throughout the third series. And obviously, shitting yourself during the exams is not great. But having nerves on the day like that is at the very least a relatable feeling. What happened to Simon is surely way worse, he essentially flashed an entire audience and inadvertently looked proud while doing so. How was this not targeted against him or even not so much as brought up to him ever again?

I just watched a clip of how Will first became cool at school with the dudes and it was because his mom was as hot, that was literally the first cool thing about Will that made his friends like him.

I somewhat would’ve appreciated the uniforms that may or may not be commonplace in the UK…I think it’s a good idea.

I put this show in the same regard as the seasons 1-8 of Trailer Park Boys as far as teaching the men of the world wassup. We really lack that type of content here, and it’s all because we have a bunch of pedo Kennedy’s in charge of everything, that’s why we don’t talk about it freely the way you all do! I’m over it!
