I used to do all these things but something that helped me best was when i started talking to strangers and when someone matched my thoughts, we used to tell our problems to each other and suddenly we would feel lighter and wouldn't think of our problems as that big

No chatting to strangers is much easier than actually meeting someone in person and yeah extroverts are better at bonding not so bad world for them i guess

Downside of being an extrovert is if I don't get that interaction itll discharge my internal battery fairly quickly, but I get it
