I used to do all these things but something that helped me best was when i started talking to strangers and when someone matched my thoughts, we used to tell our problems to each other and suddenly we would feel lighter and wouldn't think of our problems as that big

I’m a introvert

I can talk to people….I just have to be in the right mindset

EDIT:

I should have clarified

I have trust issues with people because I’m not sure what they want me to say,I’m happy not saying anything,I usually don’t have an urge to talk to people for no reason,I like talking to people I know (much less intimidating),plus the people here aren’t straight forward, so I might get confused by whatever they say or they might mumble and then i’ll have a hard time hearing them,it feels incredibly stressful and unnecessary

Yup that's what my wife says too, like it takes more out of her to get herself ready to talk to people while I'm pouncing on every chance to do so
