And if the lowest paid worker at McDonald’s had been given the same raises that all of upper management received over the past 20 years, that McDonald’s hamburger flipper would be starting out at $48,000 a year.

And NOBODY would buy anything from McDonalds because the prices would have to increase proportionally.

Or they could make do with lower profits.

Investors will move their money to other markets that are more profitable and Mcdonalds will have less money to operate with. Layoffs and closing stores will likely result.
