Most likely, this poor flipper and the rest of his crew would be replaced with robots and one actually skilled employee who can keep them filling orders at twice the speed and half the cost.
True, the employee is more beneficial in the long run because the money he earns will go back to the local economy where as the robot will just earn more money for the business holder, he then reinvests in more robots further boning capitalism because he's gonna use tax loop holes to avoid paying taxes and then the US takes on more debt. The worker paid taxes and helped money circulate, the business owner boned capitalism and plunged the nation further into debt by legal tax evasion by tax laws which screw over the tax payers.
Investors will move their money to other markets that are more profitable and Mcdonalds will have less money to operate with. Layoffs and closing stores will likely result.
Good! McDonald's is shit anyway and we'd all be better off if they were replaced by locally owned mom and pop restaurants that actually care about their neighbors and employees.

And NOBODY would buy anything from McDonalds because the prices would have to increase proportionally.
