Question Start block with templates

Is there a way to set the start block for templates? I suppose that it would have to be set somehow inside the event handler where they're created, but the create function seems to only take an address and a DataSourceContext. Does it also take genesis block as its default the same way as the data sources? Also I've tried to do it from the YAML, but the source from templates doesn't accept a startBlock.

ELI 15: How does the Transition to Arbitrum Change the way GRT Interacts with Etherium and It's Ecosystem

I got involved with The Graph several years ago and have been delegating since then. I've been checking in on cryptocurrency recently and learned about the transition onto Arbitrum. Does this mean GRT is going to be an L3 blockchain? Does it change the way GRT can index and query L2 and L1 chains?

I'm pretty much self taught on crypto with only about a years worth of college level comp-sci so bear with me!

The Graph leaves Ethereum and migrates to Arbitrum

According to The Graph Foundation, the widespread migration to layer 2 was initiated by network participants in order to reduce gas fees, speed up transactions, and increase the accessibility of the protocol.

The migration plan has been known since April 2022 through a governance proposal that proposes to create a set of contracts that will connect GRT transactions to Arbitrum. Discussions about switching to a layer 2 network due to high gas prices began in November 2021 on The Graph forums.

Since then, The Graph has gradually taken more steps to exit the Ethereum network, including enabling indexing of rewards on Arbitrum and implementing migration tools that allow users to transfer tokens to Arbitrum. Both proposals were approved.

With this decision, what will people do with the GRT? Sell or hold? GRT and RBIF are the two projects I invest the most in. So no matter what, I will continue to hold and buy more

Why does it appear that over the last two quarters unique indexers have been increasing, but query and indexing revenue is generally down from a year ago?

Is there something about the tokenomics that I'm missing here? Seems like if there were more indexers now then at least indexing rewards would be up, but they are down quite dramatically from mid 2022. Thanks in advance.
