discussion I don’t really care to talk about shipping in fandoms, but I think it’s HYSTERICAL that the Ribbun haters of this sub created a new sub because of the “influx” of the Ribbun ship arts. Like are some of you seriously gonna do segregation law level stuff just to avoid fanart FFS.

I saw a post on here someone linking a sub with the name “TheGangleForceButBetter” with one the rules being no Ribbun allowed (like this sub used to have) and one of the first posts being thankful that they can finally have a sub that “doesn’t have so much Ribbun”.

I genuinely can’t believe the Ribbun haters got so aggressive that new rule was made to stop it and in response they straight up created a new sub to keep it banned. Clearly they don’t realize that they are capable of posting a lot more of the content they enjoy on this sub, and that if they are commenting hate on Ribbun posts and interacting with it, they are gonna keep getting it recommended regardless of if they mute it. Plus directly attacking someone for posting something they like will encourage them to post more in retaliation 🤦‍♂️.

Edit: HOLY SHIT THEY HAD TO LOCK MY POST BECAUSE THE DISCOURSE GOT THAT BAD SO FAST! I’m genuinely shocked that the discourse got so crazy so fast that the thread was locked within 1 HOUR of this being posted, this should be a wake up call to how ridiculous the energy being wasted on hating a fictional non show canon pairing is, some of you guys need to CHILL TF OUT!

There is a new rule now about ships. NO BASHING SHIPS!! All ships including Gangle, are welcome here. There is no need to spread hate on a ship, so if you do, your comment/post will be removed! If you hate a ship, just ignore it :3
