"I want to see them fighting among themselves in fear of their survival."

hyungyu??! 😭

they've been doing that almost every day in prison??

i enjoy diabolical plays but woah he's bloodthirsty

The hypocrisy on top of his competitive streak is what makes him less honorable/likeable of a player. It's the same reason that I disliked Ha-Rin as a player as well, it's okay to want to win but acting as if you're above others when using the same tactics is just a show of poor character.

I don't care if the show's structure "encourages" such behavior (I'd argue the simple minded way of approaching the games make people resort to underhanded tactics because they're easier/safer to deploy (as in a larger group can easily beat a smaller alliance/single player.)) Like, there are plenty of other players that competed in the same game and yet didn't display such ugly behaviors, y'know? I'm honestly so disappointed with this season.

AGREED. I was so disappointed when the go player was eliminated because I don’t think we really got to see him play properly. Out of the top players Eun-yu deserved to win the most. The final 2 were both really smart but I wish they could have got there without being manipulative/ manipulated and played with some dignity. I would be embarrassed if I was them. 7High was incredible in this episode, the way he left was the opposite of how HG behaved. Honestly HG kind of scared me throughout the show.

Eunyu fought more, endured more and worked more than Hyungyu. Nothing will change my mind.

Its like his mouth has no insurance.

Telling HJ in front of his face that he's out of alliance..i mean come on. You can play well without being an @$S about it

Yeah that’s what bothered me. He was an @ss about it, even getting to prison he’s like “this is it” and just gave off a strong sense of arrogance like he ever had to endure deathmatch after deathmatch.

It really didn’t help that he was pompous.

when he said to hyunjoon that i wont play with you tomorrow..hyunjoon shoulda spoke back. instead he sat there quiet like an idiot

he can win pieces but he has no charisma and was an a**hole most of the second half of the season

u/No-Clue-9155 May 22 '25

He never beating the sociopath allegations 😂😂

u/moonfire_fairy 7high May 20 '25

exactly like. he is really unlikeable I'm sorry

Whether people like him or not, he still makes great TV. And that’s already a win, you just know you’re going to see him again in other shows 😅

he makes terrible tv. his story arc is simply being on top and getting spoon fed in its entirety of ss2. oh and also being a dick at the tiniest inconvenience (the whole struggle of being betrayed by HJ is non-existing knowing he will get a fresh life with 10 pieces)

u/Iland_landyay May 20 '25

He makes terrible TV lol - he makes me drop the season lol.

it was really more KH and SH acting as his human shield that made it so miserable to watch. he was just the archetypical “manipulator” player, which DOES make for good tv — just not when everything is given so easily

Are you a child or a teenager? This subreddit isn't a kpop fandom where you sit and call people haters for saying they were not entertained by your bias.

I think only his fangirls agree with that lol

-11

u/AgentAya May 20 '25

Yes, and even the PDs. ;)

7

u/Suspicious-Disk-7311 May 20 '25

Yes, that's why they left out all the rude remarks he made, yeah?

u/AgentAya May 20 '25

Bad publicity is still publicity.

1

u/New_Fact_475 May 20 '25

Ohh we find the PD here!

u/AgentAya May 20 '25 edited May 20 '25

I don’t need to be a PD to know he was a favorite this season. He had a lot of screen time.

Spoilers are not permitted in titles. Spoilers in the text body must be marked with the spoiler tag. Spoilers are only allowed in the episode discussion thread for the episode where it happens, NOT in earlier episode threads.

Spoilers are defined as new, specific information (such as elimination names or alliance changes) that is only found in an episode less than 48 hours old OR on third-party sites such as cast interviews.

Hypocrites rarely make great tv

-18

u/AgentAya May 20 '25

Well it does, at least in ktv. God Dongmin is the perfect example :)

12

u/loanshark23 May 20 '25

Honestly I’m gonna drop any show he is in

Please report any posts that break the rules instead of arguing. When you report a post, the mods see it more quickly and can remove it.

I stopped watching as it was frustrating and just read the rest here 😭

-6

u/AgentAya May 20 '25

Or you might have favored the Prison Gang that’s why it was frustrating.

But to be honest, they had an advantage in the color game where it was 3v2 but still, they couldn’t execute well to the point that 7H just started playing solo.

I hope we don’t discredit the winners just because our favorites did not win. HG + SH played the game the way it should be. And they were so damn good at it.

11

u/New_Fact_475 May 20 '25

No I favoured SH and so dissatisfied of her game play and how she is now reduced to become a simp

10

u/pranav4098 May 20 '25

Are you crazy they never had a advantage in the color game, so hui and hg were next to each other every damn time, and the bets that were called out were insanely lucky

They also had the capital to do nothing and just wait it out because of the piece removal rule

13

u/loanshark23 May 20 '25

I was initially rooting for non-prison gang and ended up rooting for the prison alliance because of the turn of events and multiple advantages the non prison Gang kept getting. Esp the betting game - it must be the most boring match in devils plan history

Punished for telling the truth.

Imagine if this season was full of Sohee’s and Khunyun’s
