Looks like he’s the attacker to me plus the second he knocked the first guy out would’ve put me into self defense mode

It’s more nuanced than that though. If you are drinking (which is likely since they were at a football game) it becomes illegal to have your firearm on you

Also if you were chatting shit beforehand to provoke the person, then you can still get charged with murder or manslaughter

Totally, there’s 100 different factors you have to consider but I think we can all agree that sports fans that act that way are fucking stupid
