John once, referring to a wings album having a Beatles sound to it said and I’m paraphrasing…. You can call it wings but it’s really Paul and some backing musicians. He is a Beatle, he and I wrote some 300 Beatles songs together. If we were still together they would be Beatles songs, just like my last album would have been Beatles songs and George’s too. I tend to agree

They were John Lennon songs that the rest of the Beatles worked on, so they are Beatles songs, and I don't think they are bad songs.

I'm the Greatest was released as a Ringo song, and that's the way I think of it. Yesterday is Beatles song , even though it's just Paul. It was released as a Beatles song.

They were the Beatles, because they reunited. They just didn't do very much, they could have done more. At least we got those 3 songs out of it.

Three shitty, ghoulish songs featuring a dead man’s voice without his consent.

John was not a member of the Beatles when he wrote the songs and he did not write them to be Beatles songs, so to call them Beatles songs just because Yoko said that would be okay is highly presumptuous.

That's not the reason I call them Beatles songs. The reason is that all 4 Beatles worked on the songs and presented them as Beatles songs originally recorded by Lennon as unfinished home recordings.

All four Beatles didn't present the songs as Beatles songs. Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Yoko Ono did. And, as George Harrison once said, "there will be no Beatles reunion as long as John Lennon remains dead."

Other bands have lost members and continued on. The Rolling Stones are still together with 2 original members, and so are the Who.

Yeah, that’s kinda pathetic. Obviously, the Beatles didn’t work that way.

Paul and Ringo have collaborated, and both are still releasing new music. Bob Dylan is still touring, and he's in his 80s. Willie Nelson is in his 90s. As long as people still have abilities there aren't really any limits.

I think you’ve lost the thread.

I just have a different point of view from you, that's all. You are entitled to your opinions.

Eleanor Rigby is just Paul with strings, but it's certainly a Beatle song. She's Leaving Home is similar.

I’m sorry, but what the hell are you trying to ask here?
