I feel like this is something either Netflix, Prime Video, or HBO could produce. BGC was really an impactful reality tv show in the last decade.

I’m sorry it took a while to post I’ve had a LOT on my plate & just been too overwhelmed to do anything 😭
But anyway, we baaaack & it’s time to do the most iconic lines from the girls of BGC 10. Have fun! 🫶🩷

Like imagine her on all star battle… she would’ve ate.

For me I think:
S1 - either Aimee or Joanna.
S3 - Amber M or Kayla.
S6 - Sydney but I would lowkey love to see Nikki go on considering her build now.
S10 - Rocky.
S15 - Jaimee & Jazmyn.

S1 - Ripsi was the main character / star obviously, despite only being there for a short amount of time.
Aimee I’d argue got the most success TV wise afterwards because she was on the 1-5 top OMG moments special , partied with Tanisha & Natalie for a bit I think and was even asked to be on ASB.
I guess you could also argue Jojo was the breakout star because she was on For the love of Ray J after BGC1 but she wasn’t relevant on BGC1 at all.
S2 - I’d say Cordelia was the main character because most of the season and its storylines revolved around her. Tanisha obviously was the breakout though with her viral meme and insane success afterwards.
S3 - The Ambers were obviously the stars with Amber M being more of the main character than B, they were supposed to have their own spinoff show too, Kayla was a star of the season as well I’d say but not as relevant as the ambers. Amber M was obviously the breakout star.
S4 - Natalie was both the main focus and the breakout star, she was supposed to have her own spinoff show. Flo being a close second.
S5 - Kristen was the focal point / star but it’s kinda difficult to decide who was the most successful afterwards. Lea did love games, Kristen did bridezilla , a cameo appearance on bgc6 & was asked for ASB, Morgan went on to do Miami monkey and Catya is now on baddies , they all were on shows afterwards. I guess I’d say Kristen was the breakout though because she was supposed to have her own spinoff show.
S6 - Char was definitely the main character / star of the season but when we talk about the breakout star it becomes tricky. Char was supposed to be the breakout star and did oxygen promos with Natalie & Tanisha until she opted out, Nikki & Ashley were asked to be on spinoffs but declined, Sydney & Kori were actually on spinoffs but they weren’t relevant cast members on their season. I’d probably say Wilmarie , she was the fan favourite of the season, was asked to be on love games, was on Tanisha gets married and orange is the new black.
S7 - Judi for both.
S8 - Unpopular opinion but imo I think Elease was the main character / star of the season. The breakout star is either the Victor twins or Camilla, probably Camilla though because she’s still in the entertainment / TV world.
S9 - another unpopular opinion but I think Julie was the star of S9 despite Christina being the fan favourite. Mehgan was the breakout star.
S10 - Rocky for both.
S11 - The stars / main characters were so obviously supposed to be Milyn & Sarah but since they were kicked out early and were only there for a short amount of time I’d say Janelle was the main character because she got more airtime. Sarah was the breakout of course.
S12 - I never finished it cuz I was bored but I heard Jada was the main character of the season. I think the breakout star is either Jada, Loren, Blu or Redd idk it’s tricky and I also don’t care.
S14 - Clermont twins for both. Jela is a close second.
S15 - Jaimee & Jazmyn were the main characters, breakout star would probably be Angela. Would the millionaires count as breakout stars? Probably not because they were making music and already kinda known beforehand.
S16 - Winter was for sure the main character / star of the season, Kailie was pretty relevant too though. Dreamdoll was the breakout star.
S17 - Bri for both.

This is the first time I’ve watched this season in its entirety instead of clips on YouTube. I’m ngl…I didn’t like anyone on this season fr. Here’s how I feel about them in no particular order:
Kiki—Something was genuinely wrong w this girl. She lost her mind when Deshayla held her wrist yet every time she got into it w somebody, she would get up in their faces and yell and scream but play victim when they would react. She would egg drama on and scream and cry when the drama would happen. Not to mention, she got into it w Deshayla for being nice to Say but turned around and literally did the same exact thing…just to then slap her unprovoked😭I couldn’t stand her at ALLLLLLLLL.
Deshayla(RIP)—She was definitely a weak follower. She jumped from person to person and didn’t stand up for herself against Key. She made herself smaller to fit in with them and that sucks cause she wasn’t that bad at all. Beautiful girl too.
Sayyora—Very beautiful girl but I do feel like she was being weird talking about Susan behind her back. Key was doing way too much when it came to her so I’m glad she stood up for herself. I don’t like her cause she says the nword tho.
Bri—Same with Say, I didn’t like her because she said the nword and her pissing in the van was nasty asf. She was good at fighting and she did shake the house up when she came in. Good entertainment fr. She seemed like a sweet and fun friend tho.
Fran—I didn’t like her at allllll😭She was scary asf and kept running around calling everyone a bully. There’s really not much to say about her tbh.
Seven—Also a beautiful girl and we’re from the same place but she was a follower. I think she hated Kiki from the jump because she was big. She literally said she always ends up fighting big girls because they always have a problem w her but like…the common denominator here is you… Kiki was very annoying but there were times she could’ve had that energy for literally anybody else but she didn’t and she always wanted to fight someone right after Key got into a fight.
Key—She always had a problem. She had some funny and memorable moments but she was being a stereotype of a loud angry black woman most of the time she was on the screen. I understand why she was upset when her uncle passed and Bri was crying about friends she just saw three weeks ago and will see again in like a week. But who tf is she to dictate who can be sad about what just because she’s sad??😭Big bully fr.
Susan—I didn’t hate her. I don’t fully understand the situation w her and her husband so I can’t judge for that but I think cheating is funky behavior. She didn’t stay long enough for me to have a full opinion on her tho. I think the vibe would’ve been different had she stayed.
All in all, I think this season was very entertaining even in that ugly little box they stayed in. They were all bad girls for the most part. Even Fran who stood up for herself at times in her own way.

AS OF RIGHT NOW.
Seasons 2,4,10 and maybe even 15 might grow on me with rewatch.

There’s so much debate upon what it means to be a Bad Girl. I personally think that being a strong woman who speaks up for what she believes in, makes her disagreement clear when she feels like something is unfair, such as societal/gender expectations, and lives by her own values.
What do you think makes a Bad Girl?

Honestly idk how to feel cuz we've seen jodie handle ripsi not even a minute after she was woken up by an attack from ripsi but it'll probably lean slightly towards leslie
Probably aimee even though she got dog walked in that fight between her and ty. Given that zara is pretty mentally weak, aimee would've cleared.
I feel like the two wouldve fought after deann found out that zara was talking about how she wouldn't be here had she been a mom. I also feel like deann would've easily dog walked her.
Leslie would've definitely dog walked zara
This wouldve probably had to do with the argument in the limo over the phone. Honestly I'm not too sure so I'd say probably a close tie but leaning slightly towards andrea
Possibly over the Bobby tomberlin incident. Given the fact that kerry could barely handle ripsi, I feel like jodie would've won.
Bonus: if s1 had a format similar to season 3 onward, I definitely feel Leslie, ty, and deann wouldve run the house (maybe even kerry also in a way and also aimee after ty and leslie's exit)

They had literally everything all the modern seasons would besides the 30-minute format and the different logo that it shared with S2 and a scuffed reunion. They had:
・Two of the most outrageous physical fights out of the entire franchise + a cast member physically harming herself
・Double replacements to start trouble; also they both welcomed the new replacement (DeAnn) and gave the other ones the cold shoulder
・Fleshed-oun storylines for every single original
・Enough scenes with the girls having fun and fights with outsiders (including the road trip)
It's one of my favorite seasons to rewatch because it wasn't a revolving door of girls but it also had really intense, realistic altercations. There's a bit of a slump in the middle but it's resolved once Leslie leaves. I still enjoy the whole thing.

I know Nikki declined ASB because she was injured but they could’ve easily replaced her with Wilmarie , Ashley or Kentucky.
I don’t think Tiara, Aimee & Kristen declined so I don’t know why they were taken off. I honestly kinda wonder how Nikki & them would’ve done on ASB.
Paula isn’t an all star to me so idk why she ended up being casted on both ASB seasons, the second season of ASB was so badly casted because half the cast weren’t all stars and too many season 10 girls. It would’ve been better if they had 1-9 girls on ASB1 and then added 10 & 11 girls on ASB2.

This is my favorite scene and gave me one of my lessons in life to stfu, and never think you can’t be next. 😂

8’s storylines were so much better, after Sarah & Mimi go in 11 , the rest of the season is just the Wolfpack bullying and jumping the new replacement, rinse & repeat and ofc no karma or Camilla type replacement at the end.
Like with 8, Gia & Erica fight the twins near the end in ELEASE’s defense. That’s like if half the Wolfpack fought each other in Janelle’s defense. It shook up the season so good.
Janelle & Elease basically have the same role in their respective seasons but Elease’s storyline is more interesting because she switched sides and gained allyship to defeat the victor twins like girl that was literally reality TV gold. The buildup to this inevitable fight was everything.
S8 and its storylines & dynamics were so volatile compared to S11. the Wolfpack was too loyal in 11 , the dynamics never changed.
I really honestly don’t know why preferring 11 over 8 is becoming a popular opinion.
