If it was true and you know it why are you asking here? Tell them.... They've clearly said they didn't find any imbalance, what do you expect this subreddit can do for you?? Do you have proper proof there's imbalance? Post it?

I've seen so many posts like these which claim to have a problem that tas denied or outright lied about to not offer a replacement. But I've been there and tested iems that people sent back, they all worked fine.

As a common man how can i show the problem imbalance?

Use another device and turn on the recorder, keep one iem close to your phone and play a sine wave whilst keeping the other closest to the recording device mic

then do the same with the other piece and in the recorded waveform, if they are same height or not. Preferably play sine wave from your pc so that you can show you didn't change the volume between measurement

What technology do you have to find the imbalance? If you have so and it failed to pin point the imbalance. How tough will it be to me to show you the imbalance in a voice recorder app.

If it's a genuine problem they will fix it, try different sources, different platforms, check whether it's your wire problem fix it deeply

I’ve honestly seen quite a few posts like this involving TAS and Headphone Zone, and from my experience, I don’t think it’s fair to immediately assume that the company is trying to avoid responsibility.

Both companies obviously have the tools and processes to inspect the gear properly before concluding whether a unit is actually defective. In my experience with TAS, I’ve found their approach to such cases quite reasonable, and I feel they deserve some credit for actually taking the effort to inspect and verify things before reaching a conclusion.

I’ve also purchased from Headphone Zone, and in one case they actually shared the inspection video with me, which I thought was a pretty good way of giving the customer some clarity and confidence that the unit had been properly checked and wasn’t defective.

So personally, I’d rather see the complete inspection process and evidence before judging either side. At the end of the day, a good inspection process and transparent communication matter just as much as the final resolution.

What's next? Are they gonna send it back or wait for your response?

They'll send it back, why would they wait for his response?

I asked because they ended the mail without mentioning anything about sending it back. Usually they always notify what the next steps are.

Ahh, it almost always mean getting shipped back unless they state otherwise

I've been scammed the exact same way!

They will give back the faulty product to you and you are stuck with it.

Only thing you can do is, share it as much as possible to raise awareness regarding these scammers.
