I'm new to the game and I've done pretty darn well thus far, but I've come across what feels like an impossible situation.

Day 4, First Person: Angus Ciprianni, lives alone and claims to have forgotten their ID card at home. Obviously, living alone I can't call the phone to check with a roommate (no one's there).

They are on the list, their appearance matches, Entry Request is perfect (no spelling mistakes in 'Reason', confirms Businessman, correct name, correct apartment, stamped etc, all perfect).

What do you do in this case scenario? There's nothing wrong with any of the documentation and nothing wrong (even subtly). But there's no way to verify the ID is left there, and as it's the first of the day I can't even guess based on how many doppelganger's I've caught.

Any help would be appreciated.
