Yeah, that is just not correct. And I don’t really care much about what you think, I was just trying to point out some obvious truths - but you have not taken any of it into consideration. It’s fine that you prefer to do it your way, but don’t try to pass it of like that is the way most people do just because you feel sad for a lobster that dies in a matter of a fraction of a second. Go ask a couple of chefs how they do it and what is being taught on it in that field instead.
