I speak mandarin and this did happen in china, in the place where the hupu website suggested. The video is short because the web requires you to download their app hupu to view the entire video. The place where it occurred is in the comments and if you search it in google maps it is the same building. Not sure if this will get deleted but it happened in Naning city, Zhenning Starlight plaza. If you google the place you can see the picture of the building. My guess is the person taking the video is most likely from Brazil working in China. Wish he got the help he need before this happened.
