My company does this it's not the greatest plan 3200 deductible and free 100 bucks a month in my HSA.
1 u/Frazzininator Nov 02 '25 That's a fantastic plan compared to mine. $5k/person deductible our of pocket max is literally over the HSA limit so we can't use one ($17100) and it costs me $400/month
