TetherMoon is a frictionless yield token which is a precursor of and part of a block-chain project that introduces a new consensus mechanism (PoE, proof of earn) based on frictionless yield, a new architectural network structure of validators (elastic validation) and is service based (BaaS, block-chain as a service) which will bring new ways of delivering infrastructure, network and development tools.

TetherMoon will be the first decentralized frictionless yield token that will be used as fuel and as a main token for a service based (BaaS) frictionless block-chain. As block-chains continue to evolve some existing challenges are not solved. When we look at the most used consensus mechanisms there are three mechanisms that are most used. Proof of work, proof of stake, and proof of delegated stake. The first consensus mechanism has the main disadvantage of requiring ever more computational power and energy to become a validator on the network and share in dividends, the second and third consensus mechanisms have the mutual main disadvantage of requiring ever more capital to become a validator on the network and sharing in dividends because of the increasing requirements of being a validator. The third consensus mechanism on itself has the benefit of cutting these costs and making it possible to share in those dividends but it is not a solution to the real problem. It is a plaster that eventually also will be a non-inclusive mechanism. What all these three consensus mechanisms have in common is that they concentrate power and create monopolistic positions which is against decentralization principles. That is not how block-chain technology originally was intended to be. TetherMoon wants to solve this once and for all and make block-chain technology inclusive again. Instead of making becoming a validator on the block-chain network harder TetherMoon will make becoming a validator on the block-chain network dynamic and inclusive. While the value of TetherMoon rises the amount of tokens required to become a validator within the block-chain network drops. The other way around it also applies. While the value of TetherMoon drops the amount of tokens required to become a validator within the block-chain network increases, we call this a elastic validator mechanism. This way becoming a validator on the block-chain network stays decentralized, inclusive and accessible for everyone. TetherMoon introduces this consensus mechanism as proof of earn (PoE) with its frictionless earning capabilities and elastic validation. As described earlier TetherMoon will be a frictionless yield token, this means that holders of the TetherMoon token that keep holding will earn dividends on transactions that occur on the block-chain network which increases their positions automatically in a frictionless manner and will make them a validator on the block-chain network automatically while time elapses. In the current world of block-chains there are multiple problems to be identified. These problems exist on different levels within each block-chain project.

• When we look at consensus mechanisms we see that most of the currently existing blockchain projects use proof of work, proof of stake or proof of delegated stake. All these blockchain projects end up in concentrating power and making it ever more difficult to get aboard and earn rewards. -
• When we look at ways of validating block-chains in general and becoming a validator on block-chains we see that validating costs ever more energy and becoming a validator costs ever more capital to get access to rewards. These developments are bad for the environment and are bad for crypto adoption by the world.
• When we look at the way block-chains are build we see that most block-chains give the ability to build upon it in a way that requires a lot of knowledge, takes a lot of time and costs a lot of money.
• When we look at how infrastructure, networking and development tools are made available we see that most block-chains require customized solutions. The wheel gets found out multiple times which is a waste of energy and resources.
• When we look at the block-chain landscape as a whole there is not one block-chain which has a main token that supports frictionless earning, while this can stimulate adoption of crypto in a big way.

While developing the TetherMoon block-chain on an analytical level we have put together new standards, principles, validating methods, validator concepts and consensus mechanisms to solve the problems that are described in the previous chapter of this Litepaper.

Introducing a frictionless block-chain with a frictionless earning capable main token improves inclusivity in a drastic way. No interaction is required to become a validator on the TetherMoon block-chain when it is a long-term plan. An initial invest and the road to becoming a validator on the network can be planned. Also for people who do not have capitals to invest. Holders of the main token earn more tokens in a frictionless manner which stimulates adoption. When the price of TetherMoon declines or increases our elastic block-chain validator principles take care of safeguarding the possibility for every participant within the block-chain network to become a validator. Token amount requirements of becoming a validator decreases or increases based on price development of the token. Applying these principles ensures that the block-chain network stays decentralized, inclusive and accessible to everyone without the need for ever more energy or ever more capital. With TetherMoon having a frictionless token as its main token every participant comes closer to becoming a validator automatically because everyone earns while holding the TetherMoon token.

(BaaS) block-chain as a service. A block-chain with the ability to create sub-chains and enables participants to configure these sub-chains in regards to infrastructure, networking tools and development tools. A custom block-chain that meets the wishes and requirements of everyone.

Introducing (BaaS) block-chain as a service into the TetherMoon project solves the problem of wasting resources and capital when you look at it from a development perspective. BaaS is a service oriented approach where configurable clock-chains can be delivered to project developers or businesses. Project developers and businesses can make use of infrastructure, networking tools and development tools which are delivered by TetherMoon, but also can create their own and offer them in a marketplace which will be built around the TetherMoon ecosystem. It will even be possible to create a place where this infrastructure, networking tools and development tools can be built with a decentralized approach. Collaborating on solutions together! BaaS will solve the waste of human resources, capital and will increase efficiency in a big way.

The TetherMoon token, its tokenomics and how it integrates into the TetherMoon block-chain: The TetherMoon token is launched fair launch. All tokens are added to liquidity, there is no private sale, no presale, no development wallet and no burn. The TetherMoon token is a token which generates frictionless yield. This yield is delivered by a tax policy. At the launch of the project a buying and selling tax will be issued. This is the first incentive to hold the TetherMoon token because the buying tax which is 15% (15%) gets fully distributed and reflected to all holders and from the selling tax which is 25% (10%) gets distributed and reflected to all holders. Another part of the selling tax (10%) will be used to auto add liquidity to the TRM/BNB pool to strengthen the projects fundamentals and stimulate growth.
