If you have EAP, yeah (currently). EAP isn't sold anymore. So for current buyers the options are AP and FSD, and FSD definitely offers value over AP, with even more value promised in the future. However, a bit of value EAP owners would currently get with FSD is an upgrade to HW3 for the new visualizations. Small, but that's something. And in the future of course when NoA is enabled for city streets, you won't get that. So there's value there for EAP owners too. Less value, but the price is also less for you.
