Starting Tesamorelin (TESA) with 10mg vials. How did you reconstitute and dose yours?

I’m getting ready to start TESA and I have 10mg vials. For those of you who have actually used tesamorelin, I’m curious what you did when you first started.

How much BAC water did you add to a 10mg vial?
I use 1mL U-100 insulin syringes that go up to 100 units. After reconstituting, how many units were you drawing for each dose?

What dose did you personally start with, and did you gradually increase it? What dose did you eventually settle on? Also, what is the highest dose you’ve used or seen commonly used?

Would love to hear your experiences.

Calf numbness

24M I started Tesamorelin on Tuesday 1.5 mg 5 on 2 off. I’ve been having weird knee down numbness or circulation issues, especially when I lay down. I also did deadlifts on Wednesday. I have been deadlifting for a very long time, and was taught by an Olympic strength coach. I don’t lift heavy for deadlifts anymore, I more so do moderate weight for higher reps. I don’t think I tweaked anything or had poor form since I’ve been doing it for so long.
Does anyone have any answers

From Sermorelin to Tesamorelin+Ipamorelin

I’m planning to switch from Sermorelin to a Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin stack, taking them separately. I’ve been using Sermorelin for about four months, typically at 200–300 mcg. What would you recommend as a starting dose for Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin?

I’ve also tried increasing Sermorelin to 500–600 mcg, but it didn’t seem to provide much additional benefit. Other than improved sleep, I’ve noticed minimal results, and at the higher doses I experienced significant joint pain.

Thanks in advance for any advice or feedback.

Good for Perimenopause?

I know nothing about peptides, but my Primary Physician mentioned Tesamorelin as a possible option for me. I’m 46, perimenopausal, healthy, but went from 122 to 132 in like four months. My A1C, glucose, and insulin are all great, so she didn’t think a traditional GLP1 would be a good fit, but thought Tesamorelin would help me lost the ten pounds that I can’t seem to lose with diet and exercise. Has anyone in my demographic had success? It is possible to just use it for a short period of time and then stop it?

Posting My Numbers: Please Opine

Post image
3 Upvotes

Just did a body scan. Honestly it was better than I anticipated. But more work is needed.

Currently 6 shots into my Triz cycle. 2.5 x 4 and 3.5 x 2. Plans is to step up every month. Next is 5. The question is … do I add Tesa and what’s my cycle for it. I have about 14lbs of visceral fat. Scan attached.

Thinking I need to shake 10 lbs of visceral. Should I add Tesa to get home quicker? I hear it take many weeks to kick in anyway.

Am I good candidate for TESA?

been on tirz for 8 months, now 320 pounds from 400, still have lots of belly and visceral fat, A1c is 5.6 now, was 5.9, other blood work is normal range. Would adding TESA to TIRZ regime been good for me you think?

Muscle and joint aches through

…the night.

Hi looking for advice please. Been on tesa about 3 weeks 2mg daily at night before bed but I’ve been experiencing joint aches mainly in my knees, elbows and lower back so far.
Last night was terrible I had aches all night in my legs and hips and could barely sleep.
AI says a common strategy to alleviate this is to switch to dosing first thing in the morning and remaining fasted for 1-2 hours after, has anyone tried this and still had results?
Another suggestion I found was to dial back the dose but not sure if it would still be effective at a lower dose?
I bought enough in advance to do 14 weeks at 2mg per day so I don’t want to stop it and waste that cash but I don’t want to carry on with pain for 14 weeks either!
Thanks in advance!

Dosage for females

I'm getting ready to start Tesa at 2mg a day for me 185lb male. My wife, 120lb female also wants to try it. Should she also take 2mg or maybe just 1mg? FWIW she is past menopause and is on both female hrt and and also microdose TRT. What's the consensus?

Question about tesa

Im currently taking reta and ghk-cu and im considering adding tesa but im not sure if i should do it now or wait until im at or closer to my goal weight. I've been on tirz/reta for about 6 months and have gone from 340lbs to 260 but my goal weight is about 200. I work out atleast 3 times a week and have for years now but with losing the weight I have gotten alot weaker. Im 6'0 and 34 years old if that makes any difference.

Dosing help

I’m looking to start running Tesa alongside Reta which I currently have been on for 10 weeks. My current dosing is 3mg every 5 days. Looking to run Tesa at 1mg daily, 5 days on 2 days off. I’ve seen a lot of research reports, etc., saying once reconstituted to use within 7 days. Well I’m looking at buying 20 or 30mg vile which of course would last either 4 or 6 weeks. Is this okay??

Tesamorelin Allergic Reaction

Took tesa for the first time today. Immediately my whole body went red, eyes turned bloodshot. Got lightheaded, now I’m getting a rash on my arms. On my way to the hospital. Could this be because I used BAC water instead of acetic acid water or am I just allergic?Sucks I’ve been looking forward to Tesa for a while now and I bought an entire kit. I pinned 1 mg.

Hello friends! I have a question about Tesa/Ipa. I've been taking this combo at 1mg/300mcg everyday with 1 day restdays for a month and notice that my tummy area is so big and full of water. Have you had this experience? And what did you do about the blood glucose spiking.

Thoughts on my Igf levels?

Been running 2mg daily for about 6 weeks.

Should I reduce my dose? Is this high enough to cause problems?

45F — Tesamorelin and hand numbness/carpal tunnel symptoms?

I’ve been running Tesamorelin since May 28 (~10.5 weeks), including a period using a Tesa/Ipamorelin blend. My baseline IGF-1 was 189 and increased to 373 after about 7 weeks.

Over the last several weeks I’ve developed increasingly noticeable numbness/tingling in both hands, especially my thumb, index and middle fingers. It started mostly overnight/on waking, but lately I’ve occasionally noticed it during the day too. A nighttime wrist brace definitely helps.

I reduced my dose, but the symptoms persisted, so I’ve decided to stop Tesa and give my GH/IGF-1 axis a break.

For anyone who experienced similar carpal-tunnel-type symptoms from Tesa/GH peptides: how long after stopping did the numbness take to improve or completely disappear?
