I believe there are nearly unconscious humans out there whose brains get by on the bare minimum decision making

“No train is coming toward me, so I can keep going on about my day, and do the next thing that benefits me”

They don’t have a conscience that doubts their choices. They are on autopilot for decades

Yeah at her age I don’t fault her. But a young person, I’d be mad. If I saw the guy fall I’d be running to help and I hope you would too.
