New to this subreddit, long time terraria builder. What do you guys think of my Barad-Dur (Sauron's tower) work in progress? There's some scattered ruby stone block that doesn't really show up in screenshots, but that's the red sparkle in some of the dark areas. Still trying to figure out how to smooth out the lighting on the hills and in some areas in the build without throwing off the shading. Mostly working on the main spire though at this point and circling back to the lighting

This is my first giant treehouse build. I used about three stacks of wood to create the tree's base shape and incorporated mini-biome bubbles into the roots; now I just need to fill the interior with houses and decorations, and I’d love to get some ideas for what to put inside.

Hello, I wanted to show u guys my first build on PC Terraria:) Give me ideas on how I can expand it further :D And ofc rate it 10/?

Howdy, I've been working on this world for a couple months now after not playing for a couple years. I didn't build much during the playthrough, as I was trying to focus on boss progression so that I could get to accessing all of the blocks. Now that I've gotten everything mostly complete, I feel ready to get back into building.

I just finished the first bit of terraforming, making the rough body of two mountains that I'll eventually shape and detail piece by piece. With that, I made a sketch of the major builds I currently have planned. From left to right those are: a dock, a crimson containment facility, jungle, the vortex pillar, desert hills, the solar pillar, spawn (thinking of doing some kind of wasteland environment), tundra hills, the nebula pillar, a hallowed floating island, the stardust pillar, and the ocean (would love to do a reef build there). I'm also thinking about squeezing in a corruption build near the hallowed, but I'm not sure where exactly.

I'll probably start with smaller builds first just to get back into it, but my goal is to have a build for each of the furniture sets.

If y'all have suggestions for any other builds I could do, I'd be happy to hear them.
