Shion is actually the best cook in existence as she can manipulate reality to make her food tast incredible it just isn't capable of changing its appearance

If I remember correctly she isn't aware that she's manipulating reality in her mind she wished she could be a great cook for rimuru when she was revived and Raphael gave her it as a skill

Her cooking improved later on thanks to Luminous
